- Prepare 7 of Chicken thighs.
- Prepare of Some Chilli oil.
- Prepare 1 Cup of Red BBQ Sauce.

- Add the thighs on parchment paper in a roasting tray. Just lift the skin up a little then add a 1/2 tsp chilli oil inside the skin then add the BBQ sauce all over the top. Marinate for 2 hours the thighs on parchment paper.
- Add them to a preheated oven 150 for 1 hour slowly cooking. Check they are cooked if not add back for a further 20 minutes.
- When they are done let them cool before serving. The difference from slow cooking them the chicken tastes of the chilli and sauce right through. I had mine with some sweetcorn..
